We will also go over settings, focusing techniques and lens choices common to street photography to help us capture those random chance encounters.

Portraiture With Natural Light Class

In this class you will learn proper posing techniques and gain an understanding of using natural light to expose your subject. We will utilize natural light in our environment locations. We will walk through, troubleshoot, make adjustments, and capture portraits successfully. We will also learn how to use various light modifiers like reflectors to help capture amazing shots in not-so-great lighting. This 3-hour event will run from 2:00 -5:00pm to allow everyone to practice using their gear to capture images while allowing time for feedback from the group.
Each participant can practice being the model or being the photographer.
